:) At me the System which precisely speaks a place and force of earthquake in some hours prior to the beginning is developed. The system and a method have already received the positive review of the Academy of sciences of Russia. I can make it in California if is wishing to invest it. (At me not so good grammar of the English language, - I am sorry).
