Regarding colonial system and civil rights

The fall of colonial system was caused mostly by "communists of russia" supporting the "liberation movements".

The civil rights acceptance in the USA in 1960-es was caused again by need to "strengthen home front" because foreign enemy (read USSR) was trying to take advantage of racial divide.

Now that "COMMUNISM IS GONE" the civil rights issues can be revisited and overkills corrected there. The colonial system too can be reestablished again.
