Criminal mind and antisocial behavior. People who had many traffic tickets are intelligently inferior. This is a diagnosis of idiotism.

How does abiding by all the rules that are being pushed on you by insurance companies and cash hungry city government a sign of being intellectually superior? To me it's a sign of being a sheep with no mind of your own to speak of.
Moreover, some people spend 3,4,5,6 hours driving each and every day (I'm not even going to talk about professionals who may spend 15 hours a day). To them "a law abiding citizen" who is doing 50 mhp in the first lane is extreemly irritating and annoying. In fact, from my experience, people who speed a little (10-15 over speed limit) are usually MUCH better drivers than those who do exactly the speed limit. Also, speeding on a daily basis does not equal tickets, it all depends on how ssmart you are about it.

It is simple, if you able to think a little bit faster then others on the road and make correct decisions you can
"dominate the situation" by moving just a little bit faster.
When you quick the slow ones perceive you as a threat (it is simple biology) and they naturally aware of you and mostly yield.
"inability to make correct decision in alloted by situation time" is the most dangerous thing on the road.

I've heard from a good source that police starts stopping vehicles if they exceed 6 miles over speed limit. To me the most annoying are drivers who tailgate you. They think they own the road. It is all about sharing the road, isn't?

Usually guys under the age of about 25 have 12 points or little less on their license. They buy attractive cars (they think those cars are attractive to chicks, but they are more attractive to the police). They install different equipment on those cars and think, that they are kings of the roads and speed limits are for someone else. Every ticket for them is a big tradegy though, because they may loose their DL. So for every new ticket they go to classes, do community work and other usefull things. But after surtain age they change their attitude, if you ask them "how not to get a speeding ticket", the answer is "do not speed".

Normally they would expect you to speed up a little bit, when there is a green light in font of you both, nobody would tail gate you when the next light is red or clogged.
The tailgating driver is thinking in different time scale then you(at the moment), for him seconds pass slower and he(or she) is annoyed with each one.
If I drive in "relaxed happy state of mind in no hurry"
I usually change lane to let tailgator pass.
