Шериф, а ты имел когда-нибудь дело с IRS? Я имел с ними дело, ничего особенного, математика и логика на уровне Серёги с Акакием.
Правда, это не было связано с индивидуальными налогами и я их обиграл, ничего они не добились. А если хочешь прятать от них документы, на здоровье, они просто решат самое выгодное для них.
А насчет индивидуальных налогов, так за прошлый год я заплатил федерального налога 2%, штату 1%, местный 1.5% Ну и есн с medicare 8%, от них никуда не денешься.
Кстати, здесь ЕСН тоже имеет максимальную ставку - $6,000.

Пока нет. Готовым надо быть всегда, защищать себя от IRS или от соседа, или от мудака который в вашу машину въехал.

Но факт остаётся фактом - в США налоги платит только средний класс, который не может нанять дорогих адвокатов и бухгалтеров.

Майкл Мур и есть stupid ashole вне зависимости от цвета его кожи.
Когда IRS придёт, могу помочь, просто из симпатии - денег не надо.

Здесь форум не для бедных, просто получается что когда мы (скажем Шериф, Акакий и я) платим 35%+ такс то часть его уходит на оплату твоего недоплаченного (или лучше сказать невыплаченного совсем) такса так как ты надуваешь своё же правительство которое ты в то же время так рьяно на словах защищаешь. То-есть получается говоришь как тут хорошо, а как денюжку за всё хорошее платить так в кусты - пусть Серёги с Акакиями платят? Есть очень хорошее слово как такое поведение называется но я его постить не буду, думаю вы сами догадаитесь.

Да-а, Серега, во даёт! Ну не я же за ленд лиз не расплатился, так с какой радости я должен платить 35%? Тебе нравится, ну так плати! А законов я не нарушаю, вот даже IRS это признали.

Вот ваш Мур возмущается, что корпорации мол не платят налоги, правда вникать в это ему не хочется, а хочется просто позлословить. Можно спокойно иметь корпорацию и не платить налог с дохода, ничего плохого в этом нет. Надо просто всю прибыль расходовать, например на зарплату. А люди заплатят подоходный налог и вполне всё нормально.
А вот когда корпорация искажает отчетность, завышает доходы, платит с этих доходов налоги. Потом это вскрывается и государство вынуждено возвращать деньги и сажать менеджеров в тюрьму. Вот это плохо, только почему-то винят в этом президента, при котором эти махинации были разоблачены, а не того, при котором эти махинации процветали.
