It sounds like "похавал" or "похавать", which is basically a slang for "have(had) something to eat", "ate"

actually it means not "to eat, ate" but to play a computer game, played. a form of ГАМАТЬ (game=гаме, transliteration)
ex. я собираюсь ща погамать в линейку (its slang, yeah) i'm going to play Lineage II
