Hi I joined this forum looking for advice, support etc. I am seriously thinking on getting married with a Russian, Ukranian or Baltic woman, I am 29 years old, but, I get really scared when I read coments or stories, I am afraid to get married and as soon as she gets the paper she might walk away. I have been in many russian and Ukranian cities and to be honest I have seen many girls parctically selling herselfs to tourist from Europe or America, this makes me doubt, I will appreciate all coments good or bad I need as much opinions and share as much experience as possible, thanks guys, and any girls who want to share their opinios are welcome too. thanks

I have been married to a Russian woman and for over a year now and all I can say is she is one of the finest women I have ever met. We met on the web site Elenasmodels.com and conversed for 4 months before I visited her. I fell in love with her before I ever met. When I first met her face to face, it was like meeting an old friend and I have not had one regret since. Russian women are fine, but as with anywhere else in the world there are good ones and bad ones. The good ones though, are fine women.
Do you homework before writing to one. Learn how to look for scams and learn the "red flag" items that might warn you of wrong intentions.
When you do start writing, write to many at first and then narrow it down because then you will have many to compare her too. This is the best way to spot trouble. You will soon see the difference in the way the good ones write and the way the bad ones write.

I am writing again to select the email response, but as I read your comment again, I see you have traveled to these countries already. then you should know that many women there do sell themselves and do use their bodies to find men. One thing I learned while i was in Russia is that it is a popular thought in Russia among women that sex can make a man fall in love with them, so they are more apt to have sex more freely than what is common in the American culture. Sometimes though, due to this thought process, it is done with more pure motives, but there again, many of them have a very loose attitude toward sex. You just have to look hard and try to learn a persons intentions, and unfortunately that usually takes investing some time in the relationship.

From my experience I find that it is the same with women of all countries who need external support. You have to be sharp to see what her intentions are. My biggest warning to those who seek marriage is to KNOW THE PERSON. If she comes on too quickly and unnatural that's the red flag. It should be no different from women locally except for the language and cultural barrier. Set a minimum requirement for yourself. 1 to 3 years of interest then see where things escalate. You cannot rush a quality product.
