Have you ever caught someone trying to hack your site?
You can keep this site clean by, not allowing html codes.
You call them RP Codes.
Are they not called BB Codes?

brad, this is over-glorified picture of "hackers". Who in a sense aren't hackers, just bored teenagers who haven't been spanked enough.

Have you ever caught someone trying to hack your site?

Yes, quite a few times. a good ones can't be caught, 'cause they come from different IP addresses, but they can be blocked. We even were brought down once by a DDoS attack. Which in essence is a very dumb thing to do against a site like ours, 'cause it serves no particular purpose other than having fun.

You can keep this site clean by, not allowing html codes. You call them RP Codes. Are they not called B B Codes?

Yes. Very, very long ago our site originated as RusPhila, i.e. Russian Philadelphia, so RP stands for that. BB stands for Bulletin Board, it is quite common on other forums. We could call it B B C o d e s, but then "hackers" will search for this phrase, find our site and start hammering it with their poorly written scripts trying to post links.

You see I have very little respect for most of these "hackers", especially teenagers in that movie.

Yes Sheriff, they freely admitted they were just bored kids.
And of course the good ones never get caught.
Those people were only on the film because they did get caught. " In the proverbial cookie jar "
