Isn't that true though?
You can't get a straight answer from them.
They always say; Run your computer in safe mode.
I didn't buy my computer to run in the safe mode

customer service, and tech support in particular are 2 crappiest jobs ever. JMHO
I used to work for a health insurer in IT, the CSR turnover was ridiculous! some people couldn't last 2 weeks.
I've been in IT a while, and over the years only've met 1 person who really enjoyed doing tech support. There are awesome guys out there, but these are support for IT folks mostly, so their sanity is somehow spared.
