But what does the rest of the sub-titles say?

Brad, I'll try to translate it tomorrow and send it to you.
i don't think Arabic people wanna see the translation they will have to adapt their language
the words in the song are not Russian of course, but many of them do sound kinda Russian with some heavy accent, and they sound very funny and kinda nasty Russians, especially woman are shocked when they hear this song, plus it is sung by kids with innocent looks
