Actually, source is not Russian Embassy.
MoscowHelp.org website belongs to a non-profit organization that helped people after terror attack in Nord-Ost Theater in Moscow. Russian Embassy just endorsed their advertising. The MoscowHelp Fund is NOT organized by russian government, so you one should decide for themselves whether they want to Help.
