Russian Artists Dmitry Chetverukhin and Vyacheslav Shevchuk Exhibit in New York
Dmitry Chetverukhin has spent years perfecting his technique, and the art world has responded with exuberant applause. With clients such as the world famous Mariinski and Bolshoi Theatres, in addition to international publishers and leading fashion designers, Chetverukhin’s photography is considered to be a pillar of excellence.
Vyacheslav Shevchuk studied under the famous Chinese artist Li Dzhin, professor of painting and calligraphy at the Beijing Academy of Art. Dzhin was a student of the son of the most famous Chinese painter of the 20th century, Zhi Bai-Shi. Shevchuk learned from Li the traditional painting of China as well as different styles of calligraphy.
From March 16 to April 6 at Agora Gallery, 530 West 25th Street, Chelsea, New York. Gallery Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 11am-6pm. Opening Reception March 22nd, 6-8 PM.
