Hi,everyone.
I am working for one of biggest kidswear brand of China.
For the kidswear,the size is most the same and design is becoming similar internationally.With our good design and skillful but competative manufacturing cost,we hope to get certain market share in Russia Market too.
But for Russia,English is not popular,I don't know how to begin,anyone could help?

If you want to improve your positions on russian market or open business here you shall translate your site on Russain and hire russain spoken market specialist. But that's no important exactly.
I just saw your site and found it pretty good! And clothes you manufacture do look very competitive. But... where's the collection of 2007?
You wrote that russians don't speak english. You'd wrong. All the largerst russain clothes distributors speak englisn and even chineese.
Other way: organize your representative office in Russia or company. That's very easy. Here's a thouands and thousands companies of China. Tax rates 33% is solid. Any kind of way to 'optimize' all the tax payments. Clothes business is very clear and free of corruption. No any lisenses needed.
Just try to do it and you like it.
