According to Article II,Section I of the U.S Constitution,nobody but naturally born citizen eligible to run for president. However,the Declaration of Independence states that "all men are created equal;that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights;that among these are life,liberty,and the pursuit of happiness." It means that Constitution violates the Declaration.And the fact that naturalized citizens denied this right,makes them sort of "not good enough" secondary elements of the society.Doesn't it sound nationalistic?

And it's not even fair for Dan's favorite Shwarcenegger(or however you spell it) even if he is a dumbass.I bet you Shwarzz is pissed about it badly. But I believe this paragraph in Constitution is a nationalistic crap,it has been written over 200 years ago,and they don't bother to change it because it a "saint truth" written by "saint people". Brad,what do you mean who was the first republican presid?there were two main Parties Federalists and Republicans.Whashington stayed neutral by the way.But the republican party back then wasn't the same republican party we have now even though they have the same name.

i was quizzing you noshpa. but here is how it goes.washington was a federlist.then in order. adams; fed.,jefferson dem.,madison,dem,.monroe;dem.,adams, the son;dem,.jackson;dem.,van buren;dem.;harrison;whig.tyler;dem. polk;dem.,taylor;whig. fillmore;whig. pierce;dem.;buchanan;dem.;lincoln;rep.......... thier were also tories at the time. but that was left-over from meery-ole england. you know.chip-chip tarry-oh. spot o tea; and all that other english crap. lincoln suspended the constitution at the time of his presidency. he enacted martial law.and yes the current guy in office is a lame #uck..... but that will change in 2 years..... then we will get another lame #uck. probably a dem..

brad,you confused the heck out of me.Washington stayed neutral.He was against political parties to be formed.At the time Constitution was written,two political parties were taking place ,like I mentioned earlier,Federalists and Republicans (sometimes they call it democratic republican)something like that ,but it was one party,and Federalists were opposing it.'member,Hamilton and Adams were in Feder.party and Jefferson and Madison organized the republican party. But what all of that has to do with not letting naturalized citizens run for presidency? Why are you talking about republic and democr?? It's not what I was trying to point out.

kard. if you came to america 100 years ago; you would have died of old age by now. Washington was born in great britian. his parents moved to america when he was" like 2 or someother crap like that".he was asked to become the king of america. his reply was.
