There's your first English lesson: do not translate literary from russian into english - the word order in the sentence is different. You should've said
I do not comletely understand what you mean, or what are you talking about, or how does this relates to the topic....
Ты ведь хотел сказать: "Я не совсем понимаю к чему ты это?"

i did not understand what you said. or. i do not understand what you mean. english is both; reflective and inflective. i could say. i know a little russian. it has duel meanings. first. i know how to speak a little russian. 2nd meaning. it would also mean that i know a russian that is about; 105 pounds and about 5 foot nothing. it can be a complicated langugue when everthing you say can be twisted by the person who hears it turns it into what they want to hear.

Народ это советы по поводу моего английского или вы так просто спорите???
Если я написал не совсем понятно то извините меня неграмотного !!!
Я бы хотел познакомиться с людми живущими в Америке и хорошо знающими язык, законы, и как туда свалить можно, а кто русский , американец или еврей мне неважно лишь бы человек хороший был!!!
Буду очень рад если вы поняли что я тут написал и отзовётесь

And here on a forum as I have understood much Russian moved in staffs(states), кото knows as it is possible without a deceit to issue the working visa somewhere on a floor of year and with departure directly on job, instead of to search on all America and it if will be lucky(carry)!!!

Correction: In this forum, if I understand correctly, there are many Russians who live in the States. Is it possible to get an honest working visa for about HALF a year, linked to a job...
