yeah SPAM is filled with NAN02 so it'll never spoil. i guess it means it can't get any worse then it is:-)
i don't understand why hawaiians like the shit. they are suposed to eat fish n'stuff like japanese.
i've read becasue it's either dirtcheap crap for them and/or americans troop were there during WWII, so evrybody got addicted.

indians have this thing called ghee. it is like rhue; only it is the milk solids and flour.i guess it is then baked.

you can buy ryajenka in a russian store. it's kinda good problay not for everybody. i belive if you just leav milk alone it'll turn sour. but it better be real milk, not from a supermarket and not pasteurized and without chemicals:-)
