Dear Sheriff, I am new to this forum, I I see that you know a lot... I have a question for you: I am married to a US citizen for love. Well, to make a long story short: she wants a divorce - that is fine with me, but she makes it "dirty" : she filed a restrained order on me and she lies: accuses me in things that never happened - her way to make my stay "yzhasnim here". Any advice on how to "oboroniatsia ot lzhi"?

Best advice in this case is to talk to a trusted competent lawyer, IMHO.

Tough scenario, if you put any money in it, you will likely loose it, especially with restraining order. Hopefully you don't have any kids...
