But this free ESL Classes do not provide I-20 form for F-1 .
Course I need to prolong my visa. My J-1 expired in the 1oct2006. I should be legal.
I already found a list of classes, but all this stuff I do on my own. I need another people another students to help me, to study with me not to be alone. I will arrive in the 3JUK2006 with 15 Russians to NJ to work and travel. But all of them will go back to continue their study in University. As for me i will get my Russian diploma (5 years) in a month. SO I want to continue my studay in US. Are their any post grade programs for Russians(1 year studay) which are valid with Russian diploma. I no that in Canada it is (Humber, Scana universities)

Thanks for everyone comments

The information you gave me is very benifisual .
But only few of them are sutable for me . Course I'm looking for College near by my Employes job.
I will be in Somerdale , NJ (30 minutes from PHILI).
My friends already enter ESL classes in Norfolk, VA summer 2005. They left their Universities in Russia to stay in the US.
I didn't follow them.
I will get my diploma in a month and will arrive to US with translated and notorized diploma.

Is anybody know are their any Post grade programs on the base of Russian diploma ( 1 year program)
As I know this program is very famouse in Canada.
I already contacted with 2 international Universities (Seneca , Humber)
If every thing will be alright , I'll join it next summerSmile

But everything depends on change J1-F1.

My friends didn't have any problems to enter Old dominion University in Norfolk, VA. They just made Bank statment of 14000$. nd the University change their status.

But what is going on with them for right now I don't know , course they don't keep in touch with me Frown

Ничего не случилось, просто мой college рассматривал мои доки for more than 6 month, so I had to change my visa from J1 to B2(visitor's visa).
When I eventually was oficially admitted, my college told me they could not change B2 to F1, so I had had to do it myself. I did, but they gave me I-20 with a wrong date, so I was objected in receiving F1 visa from USCIS. Now i have to apply for another B2 visa to extend my lawful non-immigrant oficial stay in the U.S.,than submit documentation for F1 again, but with a correct date. The time to process one case is nearly 3-3,5 month, so the whole deal will take aprox. 6-7 month-which means I will be able to start my school not earlier than next spring semestrSmile
Ttat's itSmile
That's why I advised you to apply ASAP.. Very happy

[Is it possible to aply for several I-20 in several colleges.

You're not applying for an I-20 form, your college gives it to you as soon as you're admitted. If you are admitted to several colleges-they all will give you an I-20 form. But do not forget, that you have to prove you have at least 16000-17000$ to support yourself. Rules are different from place to place. By the way you'll have to pass english exam, such as TOEFL or smth similar. To pass TOEFL, unless your college offers you an ecvivalent, you have to register for the test at the educational center nearest to your location. Smt it's very difficult to have TOEFL in two or three months in a row, because all the seats are sold out. Anyways, just keep it in your mind, that it's a lot of work...just to be admitted, not even start you college.
Good luckSmile

Thay gave me pretty nice scholarship, and I also want to continue my education in good graduate school, that's why this particular school suits me in my needsSmile

I used Wells Fargo for student loan. Here is the link:

https://www.wellsfargo.com/student/

I am not sure if they give loans to foreigners, but you may ask them about it. I had to approve my student loan amount with the school and my husband co-signed it for me as well because I did not have enough credit history. Some loans can be taken directly from the bank without school ever being involved in it. You have to discuss your options with the bank. Good luck with it!
