Над снегами стою, оробелый,
И ушедшего слышу верней:
— Говори мне о Родине белой,
Я столетья не слышал о ней.
У могилы истлела лопата,
В небо вывернут комель креста.
Что душа ее — так же крылата?
Что казна ее — так же пуста?
Есть великое Имя на плитах,
Там, где памяти пламенный куст!..—
Я ровесников видел убитых.
Мне не надобно правды из уст.
Может, Родине имя — Утрата?
Потому и не ставим креста?
А душа ее так же крылата.
И казна ее так же пуста.

Хм. Не уверена, что пренебрежительно, тут что-то более сложное.... Как в фильме "Ах Черная Роза, Эмблема Печали, ах Красная Роза, Эмблема Любви..." - Песня О Родинке. Музыка народная, слова КГБ.

Michael Matola вообще интересный кадр. Меня тоже поразил тот факт, что он спокойно изясняется по-русски как-будто толЬко вчера оттуда. Может, у него русские родители?...
На той же самой ноте...В городе Риме стоит Колизей (Coliseum)...так вот, в его развалинах уже столетиями живут кошки (и коты). Никто их не выгоняет, но дикими их уже называтЬ нелЬзя. Так последние стихи совсем оттуда

Po-angliiski my by nazvali ix "feral cats." V dannom kontekste "feral" znachit "domesticated animals that have returned to the wild." Odna russkaia znakomaia predlozhila "odichavshye koshki" kak perevod "feral cats."
A "domesticated animals that have returned to the wild" budet kak po-russki? Domashnie zhivotnye, kotorye vernulis'... kotorye vernulis' kyda? V dich'iu -- net. V dikost' -- net. V sredu... Ny, kak, rebiata?

I think it is discrimination for site pretending on the role of being international to screw Central-European, and even Ukrainian Cyrillic fonts.
Mato-l'a " means "I shall kill, I gonna kill", in Portuguese. I hope it helps to understand the meaning of name

What a welcome style from Administrator to newcomer!
Jumping from unfinished funeral preparations to cats and then to Matola is not hijacking but trying desperately to be in "mato-l'a"/funeral, already started before, theme is!? So, what are guidelines for posting here?
Sounds like I broke the hot discussion here. I thought it is just schizoid site but it happens to be mean.
I think I know the origin of such "administration" style ( moderators' public meaningless conversations between themselves, understandable only to themselves, intervening/distorting non-moderator posts to their likes, publicly pissing off non-moderators with different/misinterpreted opinion, eventually using administrator privileges to lock them off). The origin is rather well known and unique in its kind on Internet: www.javaranch.com. This place seems to be admiring follower as Administrator.

1. I assumed your comment was an inappropriate remark towards our mutual aquaintance. It seemed to me there was a somewhat controvertial statement in your post, which I may have misinterpreted.
2. What happened between you and javaranch happened between you and javaranch.
