K-1 Visa Interview at embassy in Moscow

My fiance is scheduled for her interview in Moscow on 17 January 2006. Once the interview is complete, what is the normal processing time for the visa to be issued? Is the visa issued the nexts day, next week, next month?

She should get an answer regarding visa issue the same day after her interview.
